Our return policy is 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your Jujupod must be returned to :

To complete your return, we require proof of purchase.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it.  Your refund will then be processed, less the administration and handling fees of US$4.99, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund after seven days, contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, if needed, contact your bank. Often, there is some processing time before a refund is posted.

You will be responsible for shipping costs when returning your Jujupod. Shipping costs are non-refundable.If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
